STEM Program Scholarship 2016

Arrowhead United Way in collaboration with Kids That Code, Inc. will award scholarships to select students to attend an amazing

Kids That Code Saturday Workshop at Cal State San Bernardino

Open to participating schools only. 

Some restrictions will apply.

  • Scholarship opportunity limited to only participating schools

  • Students must attend a school in a community served by the Arrowhead United Way:

  • Parents must submit an application online and provide a response to the statement "How my child benefit from receiving the Arrowhead United Way STEM Program scholarship"

  • Judges will determine winners according to the best responses (Maximum 250 words)

  • Deadline to enter extended to October 16, 2016

  • Winners will be notified by email or by phone 

  • Winners will be assigned to a 4 week workshop starting on October 29, 2016 - Nov. 19, 2016. The class is 90 minutes long every Saturday (Times to be announced)

  • The $124.99 program fee for each student will be covered by the Arrowhead United Way

  • A non-refundable $15 reservation fee is required from each student that is selected

  • Programs have been pre-selected for each participating school. No substitution of programs allowed

  • Attendance for the first week is mandatory or the student will be dropped from the program

  • Enrollment information will be shared with the Arrowhead United Way for statistical purposes

  • Transportation will not be provided.
